Lights up and works

I don't know what stretch or transparency is. There is some difficulty in installing this strap. This is a very good wiring harness that connects easily to the car's wiring. Works fine, everything connects without problems. There are many product installation videos on YouTube. I highly recommend you check out one of these, you'll save yourself some trouble. If you have mechanical skills you shouldn't have a problem. This is also a top product. Just wanted to add that this wiring harness and instructions work seamlessly with the car's wiring and all connections match the factory connections. You'll need to run a wire to the battery to power the transformer (not sure if that's the correct terminology) that powers your trailer lights. The difficulty lies in pushing back some of the sidebars. Don't let that scare you. E-Trailer has a very good video on it. The installer even shows you the necessary tools and tells you that they are available in Revain. I think I paid about $20 for panel finishing tools. You might be able to do without these tools, but for $20 they make your life a little easier. A tip: when you connect the power line to the battery, there is a plastic cover near the front of the car that you can partially remove. Pass the wire. Be careful when wiring to avoid interfering with moving parts. You don't have to be on the side where the exhaust is. Secure the wire with zip ties. I added these comments so you don't get discouraged. It's actually not that difficult and I've learned a lot about trimming. This was installed on a 2018 Rav4.
