So far, this is a piece of junk. My team has used their software and found it to be inaccurate and unreliable. Their product requires a ton of customization before it works, and even then it was inconsistent. I was told by the vendor that if I wanted a custom solution that would require thousands of dollars of training, then I should just pay their subscription fee. The cost for such a package was approximately $1,000/month. I decided to try another option, since I had already paid the monthly fees for the first three months, I decided to cancel my subscription with WebFast and switch to MailChimp. With MailChimp, everything is done within minutes and the interface is simple and easy to use. The pricing is affordable and it includes all the necessary tools to create professional-looking emails. In addition, MailChimp has the ability to import contacts from Facebook, LinkedIn, etc., which allows us to expand our audience quickly.
