I'm 6ft tall, 145lbs, waist 31" and inseam 32". They don't stretch at all and fall off without laces. The length of the pants is good, the length of the sleeves is also good. The width of the thigh and arm is huge. I could put 3 hands in one sleeve. I've tried washing them in hot water and drying the hell them even though it wasn't said. They've shrunk a little, but not by much. I think they sit in front, but have a generous cut. The seams are good. In general the design is good. I could try medium, but I prefer tight but still loose pajamas, and they're a lot more baggy.
