I manufacture and install everything myself from Ikea kits to building my own solarium. It was advertised as a complete set, a 4 inch riser for my toilet with a "universal fit". Nothing to say! Anyone who has ever changed a toilet can do it in half an hour, with experience in 10 minutes. ... The stand rested on my floor exactly as I had hoped. The included cabinet flange extension attached to the hardware kit, the included wax rings (both!) were perfect, the ONLY thing I had to work on was positioning my toilet with the wide brackets along the adapter's internal slots. It was successful on the first try. Now that I have two wax rings instead of one, I felt the need to recheck my mounting hardware and make sure it was holding tight after a few days. The supplied water pipe may or may not be needed for your installation, but if unsure of its age, REPLACE IT with a new one anyway - it's easier on my almost 60 year old body, in and out of the potty instead to come sitting so low on the ground
