Tension spring was perfect. Clamp did not work

Details arrived as expected. There are no problems with the seller at all. I would buy from them again. Timing belt, water pump and tensioner, tension spring were in perfect condition. Tension bar didn't work. The comb at the back was too high and blocked when put on. It should move freely as a spring is pulled on it. I had to remove the roller and bearing and use it in my own mount.
