Disclaimer: This is a CHROMEBOOK and will not work like a regular laptop. It might be a well known fact but I didn't realize until I got it that this laptop doesn't work for using Windows and doesn't work like regular Mac/Windows computers - Chromebooks use their own IOS. Because of this, you can't use Microsoft, install most programs (because they were coded from a Mac/PC and the software isn't configured for a Chromebook), and install apps like iTunes. Otherwise the computer works great! The touchscreen is responsive, the OS is fast, and the battery is great. If you need a laptop for surfing, emailing or traveling this is a great option at a great price but I just want to remind you that this is more of a tablet with a keyboard than a laptop.
