It is very important to note that this is a Chromebook, NOT a full-size laptop, so it may be a lot smaller than expected. I personally love this Chromebook, the size and everything else. It works great and is of pretty decent quality. So far no issues with charging, battery life, crashes etc. I would just hope for better sound quality as it doesn't get very loud at all. I also have a lot of storage space since I use it for crafting (Design Space app, email, photo storage, etc.). I also recommend this to those looking for something small with a keyboard for school use.
