They're so close to perfection. So close. They fit like gloves, grip like cats, and weigh so little you'll think you're only wearing socks. They offer enough support to keep you comfortable on rocky trails and flexible enough to let you feel the trail and run without fear of slipping. Big Cons: Is that small gap in the stiff bottom material closer to the toe for flexibility? Definitely rip there. It can be 200 miles, it can be 500, but eventually a hole will open up and you'll rip them open and come back for another pair because at that point you're so hooked you'll never wear another shoe. I've used them for both trail running (summer and winter) and hiking and hiking (summer only) and they're perfect for both. Shoes are recommended as much as possible, even if there are issues with durability. These Brits know what they're doing.
