The best part about this product is that it has so many features for free! It's quite easy to setup using an Antivirus software such as Kaspersky or Norton which I highly recommend when installing any antivirus program in general since they're usually pretty good at detecting malware/viruses.

No specific problems noted but maybe try some other ones if you have trouble with one particular feature like we did (which was finding malicious files). This works great together along side your regular anti virus application however sometimes can take up extra resources depending what version of windows OS its installed upon - meaning slower performance while running programs etc.
