This is a reliable product. It exceeded all my expectations as it is indeed heavy and durable. I used it on an old 28" Hanns G monitor I bought almost 10 years ago that weighs about 45 pounds. This stand worked great. But what exceeded my expectations is that all the tools were also included in the package. Screws of different lengths, washers of different sizes and even spacers (which I needed!). Also, it came with an Allen key/Phillips screwdriver so I didn't even have to access the tool box. The stand was attached to the monitor within 15 minutes. that the stand rotates left and right, not up and down.However, you can adjust the height of the monitor, but without moving it you have to unhook it and hook it into another slot, which is not difficult. Overall I am very happy with this purchase based on the quality, price and all the tools provided.
