Probably works as well as anything else
Whether or not this works for you with two external monitors attached probably depends on whether your computer accepts two monitors over a USB-C. With me with the new Huawei MateBook X Pro, I was able to duplicate two monitors, but not expand them. I ended up hooking up one monitor to HDMI via this USB-C and another to my real HDMI port to extend it to all three screens. I suspect it was a computer limitation.
