I have wide feet and these shoes are perfect in my usual size

I am a beginner indoor cyclist. I usually run and lift weights, but wanted to have an indoor bike to get in workouts. I decided to get cycling shoes after I read that they help work the muscles better and more efficiently. One article I read recommended these shoes as an affordable yet high quality alternative to other brands. I typically wear wide shoes (7.5D). These cycling shoes fit just right for me when I ordered my usual size, 7.5 US (38 EUR). I use the Schwinn IC4 indoor bike. I looked up some videos on YouTube to learn how to click into my bike. I was able to figure it out within 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend these shoes. As a side note, cycling shoes don't feel comfortable to walk around in AT ALL because of the metal clips under. I have wood floors and as soon as I climb off my bike I take off my shoes.

Only issue is the constant clinging from the clip on bottom of shoe

Not suitable for long-distance rides

I bought these beginning of July and now only two months later the clip part on the bottom of the shoes are loose despite tightening and replacing screws. I am not secure on the pedals and my feet are very loose during riding so now I cannot use. I would not recommend unless using for short time span.
