I chose an MP3 player so I don't have to wait for video buffering, add an app, or pay to skip songs. This is a decent player. Even if the technology seems a bit outdated. She's doing her job. I will not say that this is a bad product, it fully corresponds to the declared characteristics. I love that you can still play songs while charging. But the audio quality is only slightly compressed compared to my PC. I'm all for sound quality and such. It may just be OCD on my part, but it's just not my thing. It offers sound settings (rock, jazz, techno, classical, etc.) to balance the sound of the music, I personally prefer the "rock" setting. But even with .WAV files, there is a touch of compression that only slightly degrades the quality of the songs. Everything else works fine as long as you don't mind a small drop in quality. Again, it's barely noticeable unless you overdo it. A lot of my songs have bass, so I think it makes sense to give it more attention. In general, this is not bad. You can create playlists, which was important to me. I would definitely recommend it to parents.
