Great solution and excellent customer support
The ease in setting up alerts using rules to notify when certain values are breached is very useful for our organization, as well being able provide historical data back into timeframes beyond what we would normally have access too! If you do not need all that information at once this product works great but be prepared due its size if it becomes necessary quickly or needs more granularity than just one value breach - there's alot going across so make sure your configuring things correctly before production use otherwise performance will start dropping off pretty fast with only small issues getting past first couple messages (as opposed by other products which can continue indefinitely).
We set thresholds per asset type against preplanned risk levels allowing us easy notification via email/sms etc without having an analyst follow every alert closely each day checking out individual items individually making false alarms where they dont really apply.
