This tablet has now been bought for my wife and the only difference between this model and mine is the colour. It was a gift from me because her Samsung Galaxy SM-T230NU was bitten big. I bought her a Samsung just before Christmas and she was very happy with it until strange things started happening about 3 weeks ago. Freezing, the screen suddenly goes black, and a few other weird things I won't go into. I've been using my ASUS MeMO Pad 8 for as long as their Samsung and haven't had a single failure yet. The battery lasts a long time, charges fairly quickly and the body and screen are well made in my opinion. The display is bright and crisp, the touchscreen is very sensitive but not too sensitive compared to my smartphone. I really enjoy working with ASUS and have only used a small part of its possibilities. Android is a very stable platform and I have no regrets choosing Android over Windows 8.1. Most of the preinstalled apps are really helpful for me, unlike many that were on Samsung. The speed of the processor/memory combo works very well with both work-related and gaming applications, and streaming YouTube or Netflix was a pleasure. I'm not a computer guru, I'm not very computer savvy, but after using this tablet every day since Christmas I have nothing to complain about. If you are not sure about something, visit the ASUS help site, they really help you with any problem with the device. Now keep in mind that I have no complaints when using this tablet. I just needed guidance for a few tasks and ASUS was right there. Five stars from me guys; If you're looking for a good tablet at a great price, then you've come to the right place!
