Great to Stretch Your Neck
I suffer from chronic TMJ pain and also frequent neck pain, I tried this the first 2 times and noticed a obvious stretch in my neck but think it will take some repeat use as far as TMJ relief. I received a blue device, not the black one so I will say mine did not smell like I see others have said theirs did. The instructions that came with the device were helpful and I love that it is sturdy enough to do what it claims but also small enough to store away easily.
- Good for tense neck/shoulders. Nice to do laying in bed.
