I like that it is easy to navigate through once you get used to how things work, as well as being able to customize your own set up! It's not very intuitive at first but after some time with the program there are no issues. If anyone has any questions feel free to reach out via email or phone number provided in their website (or ask someone who uses it). We have been using this product since mid 2016 and haven't had an issue yet. This helps us keep track of our families waiting lists so we can make sure they don't miss spots when openings become available. Our center allows kids to choose where they want to be placed which makes keeping everyone organized easier than if all parents were required to use one system. Also, by having everything centralized under one place, we know exactly what children need to fill open spaces without double booking them into multiple places. The only thing I dislike about kiddos is its price.
