Review on Home Reusable Furnace Filter 20X30X1 by Chris Chincuanco

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Not what I expected from K&N

. It's a little on the small side. It doesn't exactly match my recording. It's smaller in length, width, and thickness compared to the 3M 2200 series that I'm replacing. It falls off with a faint clink when the stove is turned off, and is sucked up again along with a clink when the stove is turned on. Fit and finish are a big part of creating a quality product. Therefore only 2 stars. The filter function seems to be good. We'll see in a month how much it collects compared to the 3M 2200 series filter. The filter material looks good, the frame itself seems decent, a bit more flexible than I expected. I swear by the K&N air filters in my cars, but this product makes me say max. If this filter filters like a K&N and survives a flush every 3 months or so, it can make up for its shortcomings. But time will tell.

Pros
  • . DIRECT REPLACEMENT: Designed to fit directly into the filter register.
Cons
  • Skinny guide
