Great for long shifts

I work 12 hour shifts at the hospital and my feet are so sore, especially the outer edge of the foot and heel. It got to the point where I almost collapsed from the pain when I got up. I'm in a bit of pain now, but it's more like walking through an amusement park and you just have to relax. It took me 2 weeks to break them. The back is very high and chafed the back so I put bandages on them and let them heal. Now I have no problem wearing them.
