Too cool not to have.
I bought this for my van on a whim and it's one of the features we use the most. We charged our phones with it every night for 2 weeks and it worked great. It's also nice to see how high the voltage of the car battery is. Turning it on and off is a nice feature. Since I have it in my van and not on my boat I removed the waterproof plastic cover to make it easier to use. The blue light is quite bright, almost like a night light, which may or may not be a good thing, but it's not. t stays on when you turn off the device. We taped it shut for several nights.
