Before you buy please read the Pro's and Con's:Pro's: Great size, magnetics are good, I also like that the vowels are in red and consonants in blue. They came in a nice plastic container, another plus.Con's: Not enough letters. All vowels sounds in red come in 3, so do the "r, s" rest are 2's or 1's. So if you want this for a classroom or small group you will have to buy between 5-10 containers. Also will not work for word families, such as -in, en, (fin, bin, tin, pin, den, men, pen).-ig (big, dig, pig, rig, wig, jig) .-ip, ap etc.because there is ONLY 1 or 2 "n, g, p, t and only 3 vowels each. Bummer:-( As a teacher, I would like to see if you can make a container for classroom use, with more vowels and other letters as in word families?
