I was hoping for these patches having heard good things about this brand but to be honest I was disappointed. Firstly, the set I received was not cut properly so there were product pieces on one side of the sheet and cut pieces on the other. Those that were cut off rose from the edge, making them messy and less sticky. Also, the product itself doesn't work as well as others I've tried with no problems. After leaving it on for 12 hours the acne scars hardly get any better, I will try Patch brand hydrocolloid dressings again and there will be no acne. These patches only work really well on pimples or pimples that have ALREADY OPENED OR HEALED. Then they flush out the remaining pus and help with swelling, but are practically ineffective before the operation. Which in my opinion defeats the purpose. The only other real benefit I can say about them is that they are thin and almost unnoticeable when worn, but if you only use them at night or at home I would recommend just using blister plasters or another brand of plasters.
