I don't use them for machine sewing.
- they require so much work and just aren't a time saver when I tried them for machine sewing and I would only give 2 stars. Then I decided to try them sewing jerseys (piece knit sweaters) and they worked great. They can also be used for hand sewing. I also only gave 3 stars because the plastic was already making a crackling/crunching noise so I don't know how long they will last before they start breaking.
