For all my plump lips lol they are perfect! They don't cut the inner lip or anything like that. I bought this for a philtrum (middle upper lip) piercing and it works great! I was even able to use a stud (diamonds purchased separately for my helix/upper ear piercing) for my snake bite piercings and it didn't cut the bottom either.
