So worth the money! Easy to use.

I ran to my son's graduation and only got a third of the bow. and it was still great! Very easy to make, really worth the money. The sea balloons were really dark blue, which also bothered me. I still have enough balloons left to build another arch for another event! As a hint, I used a dollar store manual balloon pump, otherwise I would have gotten a headache from inflating balloons.
