Spools are not factory wound

This is the second order I have placed for this item (FROM A SECOND & DIFFERENT VENDOR). This vendor stated that the spools are factory wound but this is not true. The spools are so loosely and unevenly wound that they will not feed properly when in use. Second time an order had to be returned. "High Quality 120 ft/0.065" replacement line: 30-feet replacement line is factory wound for a superior feed." Is exactly as stated in the product information. NO Stars because the product was unusable.
