Spools are not factory wound

This is the second order I have placed for this item (FROM A SECOND & DIFFERENT VENDOR). This vendor stated that the spools are factory wound but this is not true. The spools are so loosely and unevenly wound that they will not feed properly when in use. Second time an order had to be returned. "High Quality 120 ft/0.065" replacement line: 30-feet replacement line is factory wound for a superior feed." Is exactly as stated in the product information. NO Stars because the product was unusable.

  • Drop-in fit like the factory item. Cutting results and cord durability are excellent.
Cons
  • Seems like the string is make from softer material than the black and decker

Eventronic Line String Trimmer Replacement Spool, 30ft 0.065 " Autofeed Replacement Spools

Well, I love this trimmer and is apx 6 years old or so and still doining well. Therefore I can compare to the OEM spools and string and self wind of loose roll string and this that just came.My concern was Spool Quality and String Quality. The spools appear as same spec, but are a different mold, marks, -- but if as thick and hard plastic is all I care about. "Looks" that way, so OK. Also the string looks OK too. I have not used it yet but appears as will do OK.So unless I get some notable…

  • It did not fit my trimmer as indicated it said it was compatible not at all

Works for me! good for me

These replacement spools work just as they are supposed to in my rechargeable Black & Decker weed eater. They look like the name brand ones I've bought in the past, load the same, and feed automatically as intended. Just what I needed!

I guess you get what you pay for

I was trying to save a few dollars on this trimmer line. But that was a mistake. This stuff is so brittle that I am constantly having to let out more line to replace what has broken off.Not an actual savings once you account for going through the line 10 times as quickly.

Not much line on the spool. You will go through alot.

These worked well. But not much on the spool. Or I just blew right through them. I got one day of trimming and edging done on one spool. I think it should be more. My yard is not huge by any means. I saved the spools and bought more string, to restring them. Cheaper than buying more of these.

A lot cheaper than name brand

I think it is a softer string than name brand, but at a third of the price if you use more is okay. I am having a little trouble with auto feed, it tangled inside, might have been my fault not sure.

  • This replacement worked perfectly in our older model! Very satisfied!

  • This item was listed as an "also order" item. The cartridges do not fit the Smart Power weed eater.

Sears 40 V trimmer line spool

Works just like the original, for 1/3 the price of black and deckers. Took a chance since some reviews were negative and glad I did

I need the smaller ones

I had bought these extra spools only to find out they are too big one on the left is the new ones one on the right is what I need the smaller one how can I exchange them this is the first time I opened the box 📦
