If you're considering this headset for use in Microsoft Teams meetings, prepare to be disappointed. While your teammates' voices are clear, you have absolutely no audio feedback on how your own voice sounds during a call or whether your microphone is working. This feature is called "sidetone" and refers to the ability to hear your own voice through the speakers when you speak into the microphone. Why is there background noise? Have you ever heard someone trying to talk to you while you're listening to music with headphones? They speak terribly loud and try to hear themselves through their own music, music that no one else can hear. With this LifeChat headset, it's like trying to have a normal conversation, but closing your ears when it's your turn to speak. This is very frustrating, tiring and makes me come to spooky team meetings.
