No matter how many deer I shot each year, the buns became too labor intensive. The quart size packets give me a near perfect size for any cut. I keep a few rolls with me in case I run out of those jobs or have a bigger deer with bigger shoulders or neck (don't usually worry about CWD issues). Also the perfect size for separating barbecue leftovers. If I smoke 2 butts of pulled pork or a whole brisket, I'm left with a ton of meat. It's the perfect size for 1 pound portions that go straight from the freezer to the steamer, saving time and money.
