Review on πŸ“ž Enhanced Clarity P300 Landline Telephone Handset by Rashonda Guareno

Revainrating 2 out of 5

I'm partly to blame for the bad rating, but I hope for my comments.

I bought this for my 90 year old parents. The main features were large numbers and the ability to place family photos in them. I'm partly to blame for the bad rating, but I hope my comments will help you change future versions of this product. I couldn't put my phone on the table where I planned it (next to my disabled father's chair [partially blind and inactive]) because it needed its own phone jack. So I hung it on the kitchen wall, near where it's standing, but the hook to hang the phone doesn't stabilize it enough, and the slightest movement causes the phone to fall off the wall. The cable is too short. My father has poor mobility. He can't move up and down easily, so he often unhooks his phone and puts it next to him. We would have preferred the phone to be wireless. And yes, he has poor hearing. So we preferred the enhanced audio feature that includes speakerphone and speakerphone. We would return this product but it was a Christmas present and the original packaging has not been received.

Pros
  • 9 programmable photo memory buttons
Cons
  • Vulgarity
