I love this stretchy training bra. It's thick enough and compressive enough to be supportive but stretchy enough to be comfortable. I chose the color "blue melange", it is a dark blue melange. Since the navy blue is quite dark, the bra looks almost like heather gray in combination with white, but if you look closely you can see that it is dark blue. The bra is almost 100% reversible - the only difference I can tell from the outside is that the inside has a size stamp on the back and the inside also has two small holes for removing the pads from the cups. The pads don't bother me too much; They are quite thin and have a natural round shape, but I prefer these padless bras and ditch them. I've worn this bra a number of times and then washed it in the washing machine each time and then hung it out to dry. It became like new, did not fade, stretch or shrink. I could probably tumble dry it too, but I like to hang linens and other things that contain spandex. Overall this is a great bra for core training. I've been struggling to find basic training bras lately - these days they all seem to be either extra long, front zip, 6 spaghetti straps woven into the pattern on the back, or they're pink (not my color). I was grateful to have found a basic training bra with a traditional color wrestler back. And on top of that it's supportive, has a great fit and is comfortable! highlighted.
