I've had the large half roll for four years now and I still LOVE it! I have spinal stenosis and have had two back surgeries including spinal fusion surgery. Spinal fusion relieved lower right back pain radiating to right leg; Shortly after the operation, however, I developed severe lower back pain on the left side. A year has passed since the spinal fusion and the pain has only increased.
