This thing is pretty awesome. I bought it initially so I could change the tire size in the Jeeps computer. Worked great but remember to actually measure your tires instead of going off the nominal size. I was able to change my speedometer from being about 8MPH off, to spot on using Waze as a reference. That alone was worth the price I paid. I used OBD Jscan ( I did have to pay a subscription for Jscan) for the app interface and it paired perfectly the first time. After I re-geared my jeep, I was able to use the same set up to change the gears to match my new ratio. However, the biggest cost saver was that I was able to make spare keys (basic transponder type) from only ONE original key. I paid about 10 bucks on Revain for two spare keys and 20 bucks to have them cut. 20 minutes later using this tool and OBD Jscan, I had two spare keys. The locksmith wanted over 100 bucks. This is well worth the price.
