CAN'T DESTROY YOUR POWERSMITH! I just bought my SECOND one because my first one suddenly stopped working after a few years. I've read other reviews that said their device suddenly stopped working, just like mine. I was talking about a more expensive US made model, but about three times the price, and after reading a similar "my block died" review about it, I decided to just buy another PowerSmith. Well before I throw the old one away I thought I'd pop the lid and see if something simple went wrong. Well, the electrical connections on the motor simply "clip on" and by wiggling they both came loose. So I took out the pliers, pushed them onto the mounting pin, put them in and IT WORKS. I wonder how many of the "it died suddenly" reviews only experienced a faint connection! Only four screws and no problems checking. I'll probably keep a spare as a backup. Hope this helps someone else.
