Poor instruction and operation of the product!

No matter how many times I installed applications and tampered with this gadget, it never connected to my new TV and computer. Complete rubbish if it doesn't work so now I have a wireless keyboard and mouse and went old school and just plugged the HDMI cable straight in and now it works fine. I can play my games on a big screen and don't have to waste hard drive space storing software.
