Works great, have been using it for a little less than a year and am in the process of changing filters and UV lamp and switching to antimicrobial tubes though I've done it have not had any problems with native tubes have not. Using a TDS-PPM sensor, my well water reading is around 450ppm before entering my TMUltra and between 10-30ppm after going through the filters. I also get regular 5 gallon water jugs delivered and this water shows around 10ppm using the same meter. The ice in my fridge was very cloudy prior to installation, now that filtered water is flowing to my Aker ice via the fridge kit, my ice is almost clean and tastes better. If you have a permeate pump and are hearing the loud clicks and bubbling noises others have mentioned, you can ask Perfect Water for a piece of dynamat to put between the pump mount and the wall unit. The portion of the dynamat must be larger than the portion of the mount that contacts the case. I also wrapped the semicircular part of the holder with fluffy tape. Helped reduce my clicking noise significantly. If you have a downcomer, for a trickling noise try purchasing a Perfect Water downcomer adapter and running the brine outlet line there. I can't hear the water dripping after I've done it. Great device.
