Too expensive for mediocre quality

1. Water purity with this system is much worse than at least two less expensive systems.2. There is no flow sensor to turn on/off the UV lamp, which is always on, wasting energy and life of the UL.3 lamp. The system is a mess of filters that can easily fall apart under the sink. I don't understand why such an expensive mediocre system gets more than 3 stars.

So necessary for my life!

Where we live we use tap water, not city/county water. We pre-filter our water going into this reverse osmosis system with a whole house water filter… a simple filter from Home Depot that uses a paper filter (looks like a ground pool filter to me). Before we added this pre-filter, the first filter in the line of this reverse osmosis system became dirty very quickly and we had to replace it after a few months. Now the filters last a whole year. Because we use water from the watershed, filtration

I am amazed at how well this reverse osmosis system works

I am amazed at how well this reverse osmosis system works. My well water is high in iron and I can only drink a limited amount of water, but the system is fine. I am also impressed by the manufacturer's customer service. While waiting for the unit to arrive I emailed them with a question and a few hours later received an email and a call back. My reverse osmosis system arrived a few days later with a slightly leaking iron filter, but a quick phone call later and I have a replacement on the way.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND - this is a GREAT product

Absolutely LOVE this system. That's incredible. No more paid delivery services to bring in plastic contaminated spring water! (By the way, a recent blood test revealed I'm actually allergic to BPH, the pollutant you get from plastic water bottles! And I'm pretty sure I never would have been allergic to it at all if it wasn't for the constant effects of it, thanks to drinking water from plastic bottles for so many years.) The water produced by this thing tastes great. Even my cat loves it and is

Great American water treatment company and products

Excellent and knowledgeable customer service - I always speak to the person within a minute or two (2 calls total). The facility is fantastic, the water is clear. We started with well water and it was very sulphurous. This took away the smell and the "unique" taste from the well water and immediately made our home more homely. There are many options but this is 100% made in the USA and shows in the product and CS. We recently had a problem with a water filter malfunctioning and they spoke to me

A year is still great. Do it for clicks and gurgling noises

Works great, have been using it for a little less than a year and am in the process of changing filters and UV lamp and switching to antimicrobial tubes though I've done it have not had any problems with native tubes have not. Using a TDS-PPM sensor, my well water reading is around 450ppm before entering my TMUltra and between 10-30ppm after going through the filters. I also get regular 5 gallon water jugs delivered and this water shows around 10ppm using the same meter. The ice in my fridge…

Watch the video, the instructions are not good

Really surprised at the quality of this system. I have used zero water for a long time and was unaware that water quality can be more than ppm. Zero water made the water drinkable, but it still didn't feel as good as bottled water and didn't taste delicious. This system makes water taste better than bottled water. I rented a house so I didn't want to keep changing the granite, plus the way I installed it was a lot easier than dealing with a tiny space under the sink. My house is big, so the…

Use channel locks (large angle pliers) or something else.

Installation: I had a leak from using the wrong tool, twisting an old pipe behind a wall, and trying to unscrew an old split-entry cold water faucet. What an exam. I had to cut through the bottom panel and spray bleach on the inside to prevent mold. The fan had to blow into the cut hole. I had to glue the bottom panel under the sink. It cost me $170 (ugh) to have a plumber come over the weekend to quickly identify and fix my fault. Hopefully MFG will update their instructions? Murphy's Law…

good system Good support.

Tips.1. Call and chat with real people! Ask questions before you buy.2. See the back of the manual for tips. Unfortunately, on the other side of the valuable tips is a block mounting template! Recommendation: Make a copy of the template and keep the instructions for use and tips.3. I replaced my old leaking 5 reverse osmosis filter that had a 1/4 inch line connection to the ice maker. I was told the t-shirt is included. Had not. So if you already have an ice maker hooked up to a water source…
