It doesn't work and I can't return it - DO NOT BUY
I have an HP 3830 and I bought this one and the unit does NOT work don't recognize the cartridge in any Way. attempted troubleshooting. Still nothing. Also, because I was trying to be responsible and redeem the toner before I ran out of HP merchandise, I missed the return window. OK now I have a printer I can't use for work, wasted $40 and a cranky boss. Thanks for nothing TEINO!
