Just received and tried it, works great with my Dewalt Power Detect DCS574. I would say it gets about 85-90% sawdust out of the cut when connected to my Dewalt vacuum. It's basically 2 clamshell halves either side of the rear dust hole that bolt together and don't get in the way of cutting at all. However, screwing in screws is quite difficult. You'll need a very good quality Phillips #1 screwdriver with a shank at least 5-6 inches or so. Luckily I have a Tekton set with a good grip to apply enough force. Use a power driver or he will most likely strip it off. Too bad Dewalt doesn't include this part in their saws.
