Review on Node Security Platform by Broderick Shetler

The fact that it is free for basic usage (free plan), that you can easily integrate with other third party products like Slack or Dropbox etc., which makes life easier as I am using many of these applications daily in my job role - its seamless integration across all platforms including mobile devices/apps has been one benefit to me so far (I have used this product since before Node got acquired by Joyent). Lack of support from US-based personnel when trying to get escalated tickets resolved about certain issues such as data loss during node upgrades / rollbacks due to server misconfiguration was not helpful at times either! But then again they do say their service offering helps them deliver better customer experience hence more focus there :D Support ticketing system should be improved though; perhaps even allow users who provide feedback via an app rating tool to receive points instead? Maybe add some.
