The metal piece in the center that centers the cutting disc is wafer thin and hot glued on so they will still slip no matter how hard you turn the nut. You can hear them slip even when you first start the grinder, then literally any pressure applied will cause the disc to stick to the grinder axle and spin. Once it starts, soon the center separates and the whole falls apart due to imbalance. You can also use cardboard cutting discs, they'll last just as long, but at least you won't get death threats every time you turn the grinder on.
