Big Problems: Printers and Supplies

Did everything it was supposed to do by moving the chip but the device keeps saying it doesn't recognize the cartridge so you have to do all these steps Cycle through Before you can print, each time contains several buttons that answer questions on the screen, which is not worth the time spent to save money
