Big Problems: Printers and Supplies

Did everything it was supposed to do by moving the chip but the device keeps saying it doesn't recognize the cartridge so you have to do all these steps Cycle through Before you can print, each time contains several buttons that answer questions on the screen, which is not worth the time spent to save money

BRIGHT! Office supplies

Thought to try, despite the missing chip. We have easily removed the chip from our old cartridges and installed them in new ones. There are no printing problems at all! Would definitely buy them again is better than paying for a new chip!

The error message hasn't gone away

I have followed the instructions which included the step of removing the chip from my original toner cartridge and inserting it into the new cartridge but the cartridge was still not recognized as real. When I could get my printer to bypass the fake error message, the print quality was great. Unfortunately, I had to send the toners back because it wasn't clear with each printout whether my printer would accept them or not.

Cannot reset print counter

Prints normally, chip replacement is cumbersome, print counter cannot be reset for printer because old chip is used, causing printer to show low cartridge , even if it isn't . I will buy OEM next time because of this problem.

Cartridges are easy to install, print quality is excellent and they last a long time. I am very happy with this purchase. Excellent value for money and quality.

To chip or not to chip

chips being removed from original Canon cartridges and installed on these brand new/full cartridges and it recognizes the cartridges with a BIG problem that it's the Toner status still looks like they are us. So the toner status report looks like this: black 20%, yellow 0%, magenta 10% and cyan 10%. It's quite annoying that the last product we have the printer says the cartridges are fake and we have to confirm 'OK' before it continues printing now which is even more annoying having to go toโ€ฆ
