I like the product, the quality didn't let me down.
In general, the chair is not bad. Adjustable swing height and stiffness. The frame is stable. I use it without a rug under the chair and it does not make noise, including because of the polyurethane pads on the wheels. There is a swing lock function. Pros below: 1.2 years warranty 2. lumbar support 3. pillow for the head 4. swing mechanism Cons below: Don't like armrests. They are not regulated in any way and are out of the picture
