as of May 2020: Although the picture in the advert and even the picture on the packaging shows a hose connection at the bottom of the pump, the actual device in the box has it now Hose connections on the T-handle itself, as do the cheaper, smaller offerings. This is a terrible design as the hose will wiggle up and down with each stroke and try to disengage from what you are trying to pump while pumping. I've been using the pump design shown in the ad for over a decade and it's fine, but it's getting old and falling apart. Now I have no idea how to swap that out.
