Okay so I read the reviews but I figured that based on several people saying their product was replaced the company was aware of the issue and it would not ship defective goods any further. Yesterday I got the same water others were talking about. I called and spoke to a very nice person who said that if I emailed him my information he was aware of the issue and would be happy to replace my product. I am now awaiting a reply and firmly intend to update when I get a replacement. I really wonder why they keep sending this defective product if they are aware of the problem so I can't recommend people to keep ordering as mine was just ordered and received the next day. I could return or request a replacement from Revain, but I feel like I'll just get more of it.
