This is a rotating blade that can be twisted in your nose or around your ear. I had to press my nostrils to cut the hair with a rotating knife. The ears were easier because I only had to roll them up on the outside. It did its job as well as it can get. It won't work alone. You must bypass this. I like it better than small scissors which would be the only other option. It's easy to use and I cleaned it with an alcohol swab. * I write reviews to let you know how I felt about this product and to help you with your decision to buy or not to buy it.
