My husband loves it but it doesn't work like I wanted it to. He has back problems and I thought this would help. A small lightbulb went out when he tried to adjust it. You need to set it how you want it before driving as you can't set it while driving, especially if the bulb burns out. The neck is more difficult to take a comfortable position, it practically does not use it. This causes his head to move too far forward. It's a good idea, but I think a non-pumped lumbar pillow would work just as well. I think the little bulb needs a bit of work, but it's a good idea. I'm not sending it back but I don't think I can wholeheartedly recommend it for the price you're paying. Maybe this works better for you.
