This organizer is the perfect solution to the problem we have with the 2019 Sierra and Silverado - the console is just a giant hole. It's huge, which is good, but it's impossible to see anything in there, and it's so deep you can't even see the bottom without bending down and looking inside. This organizer turns it into a two-tier console, so you can put your small items like gum, coins, flashlights, and charging cords in this compartment and leave the bottom open for larger items (like a full box of tissues). The organizer is solidly made, the rubber inserts fit perfectly, and the tray fits the console perfectly. Once in place, it won't move at all until you open and lift the console. The only thing I wish they'd done differently is actually telling me what the little freebie they're putting in the box with it is. The seller gave me a free headrest hook with the package but I had no idea what it was so I threw it away. I didn't find out what it was until a few days later when I happened to see one attached to the headrest of another car.
