4 stars due to lack of information that bakers need to know before ordering this bread mold, actual size should be researched in additional information and its maximum temperature it can handle should not stated at all. These are very pretty and attractive pans, they are easy enough to clean for bread baking which is the only thing I use them for. I bought the white one for me and the red one for my daughter. I always use parchment paper, but the edges of the pan where there isn't parchment paper never stick to the bread. very light, high rising bread that rose above the surface of this pan. The recipe said you could also use a 9 x 5 pan, but not this Sweese 9 x 5 pan because it's too small. why? Actual pan dimensions are as follows. Pan inside bottom is 3.5 x 7.5, pan inside top is 4 x 8 1/8. For comparison, the bowl holds 1375 grams of liquid to the top.
